Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food presentation, quality, and portion control are consistent.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food prep, storage, and inventory.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Support the team with any other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
