Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking a Key Account Manager specializing in petroleum products such as bitumen and diesel. This role focuses on driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma or degree in business or marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Sales, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.

  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities for Petroleum Products in Malaysia.
  • Achieve sales budget by following up on customer’s requirements/orders progress.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Compile reports on products, market, competitors analysis.
  • Expand customer base by generating new key accounts.
  • Provide suitable solutions to gain better market share.
  • Ensure timely collection.
  • Coordinate the supply chain for timely delivery.
