A leading beverage company in Selangor is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, developing market strategies, and negotiating contracts. Candidates should possess a degree in business administration or sales, have 2-4 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, and experience in the chill and frozen category is an advantage. This role promises an opportunity for professional growth and development.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with customers.
To exceed or achieve monthly sales target/ new business development served in the assigned area.
Negotiation of yearly trading terms/ contracts for the Key Accounts.
Track, monitor and analyse products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities.
Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
Knowledgeable and experienced to implement best practices to perform duties.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, sales or relevant field.
At least 2-4 years of sales or key account management experience.
Experience in handle chill and frozen category will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS office suite.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
