Overview

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to liaise with, build, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and strategic partners for our IT solutions, including payment gateway, SMS blasting, and cloud services. This role focuses on business growth through client engagement, partnerships, and long-term account management.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with potential clients and business partners to understand their needs and propose suitable IT solutions

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and merchants

  • Identify new business opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and networking

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership arrangements

  • Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and partners on service-related matters

  • Follow up on leads, negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities

  • Monitor account performance and contribute to revenue growth

  • Attend meetings, events, or discussions with partners when required

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or client servicing

  • Experience dealing with clients and partners in IT, SaaS, fintech, telco, or cloud-related industries

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders at different levels

  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in a clear, non-technical manner

  • Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented

  • Existing network of merchants, SMEs, or strategic partners

  • Experience in partnership development or channel sales

  • Familiarity with API-based services or fintech solutions
