PWM (Pet World International Sdn Bhd) – Petaling

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Key Account Manager / Sales Manager to join our growing Pet World Nutrition team. This role plays a critical part in managing and expanding key accounts, driving sales growth, and developing long‑term partnerships with corporate and chain store customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about pet nutrition, understands FMCG market dynamics, and has strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.

Key responsibilities & duties
  • Leading a team of Sales to promote and market products to key customers and corporate customers.
  • Maintaining and expanding company relationships with existing key customers and corporate customers and soliciting new business with prospective clients.
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to support the growth of the company.
  • Managing assigned key accounts / chain stores.
  • Negotiating pricing, promotions, and listings.
  • Driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Coordinating promotion and merchandising execution.
  • Analyzing sales performance and forecasts.
  • Building long‑term customer relationships.
  • Increasing account revenue and identifying fresh business opportunities adhering to the given budget structure.
Academic or trade qualifications

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Work experience and skills
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior is a MUST.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
  • The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
  • You are required to have a valid B License and possess own transport.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Possess good time‑management skill, prioritization skill, multi‑tasking, working independently and self‑starter.
