About the job Key Account Manager (EMS-Kulim)

They are experts in prototyping and improving time to market, working across a variety of industry, focusing on small batch and New Product Introduction (NPI).

Job summary:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible to handle and manage the organizations important clients and accounts. As part of the geographical expansion and to support the growth in the Asian market, the KAM will be reporting directly to the Director.

  • Manage project and product support, project acquisition and further development of strategic key accounts.
  • Central contact and coordinator for the projects and products of customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial advice for the existing customers.
  • Manage and carry out implementation of project management.
  • Planning, and control of product manufacture.

Job requirements:

  • At least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years Account Management experience within EMS sector.
  • Strong knowledge in EMS manufacturing processes, production timelines and procedures.
  • Experienced in sales and providing solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
