About The Opportunity

We are looking for multiple Key Account Executive positions to be based in Penang. The department is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities, and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify new business opportunities.
2. Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
3. Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure consistent growth for the client’s business.
4. Monitor each account’s performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards.
5. Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.

Collaboration

1. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, providing feedback and identifying industry trends.
2. The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
3. Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal on the platform meets quality standards.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
5. Facilitate client need fulfillment through collaboration with internal departments.

What You Need To Be Successful

1. 2-3 years of experience in a client management role (preferred).
2. Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, or e-commerce.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze large data sets.
5. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
7. Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
