Join the Customer Service team at TDCX Malaysia as a Customer Service Specialist. This full-time, in-office role is based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Handle inbound calls and emails.

Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues or complaints.

Handle inbound calls, including urgent or sensitive matters, with professionalism.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.

Respond to customer emails with clear, accurate, and empathetic communication.

Requirements:
  • Open to working on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • SPM holder is welcome to apply.
