Responsibilities

• Close partnership with the trading desk to provide critical support for trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite
• Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems
• Investigate and resolve breaks related to missing trades
• Close collaboration with various departments including Business Development, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance to resolve operational and data quality issues in a timely manner
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
• Analyse transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvement
• Perform operations risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks

Requirements

• 1‑3 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Operations within trading or exchange environments
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent Banking/ Crypto industry experience will be considered
• Solid understanding of front‑to‑back trade lifecycle
• Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem
• Experience with multi‑asset products (crypto, FX, equities, derivatives)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies independently
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, and independent worker with good analytical skills; excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Coding skills such as Python for data analysis, automation and data validation are advantageous
