Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and eager‑to‑learn Junior System Integrator (SCADA & RTU Systems) to support our automation engineering projects. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early‑career talents with a Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics background. The candidate will be trained to work with SCADA systems, RTU configuration, and industrial networking in real project environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates or less than 2 years working experience are welcome
• Basic knowledge in:
  • SCADA or industrial automation systems
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
  • RTU communication or scripting/programming
• Willing to travel and participate in field commissioning
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving attitude
• Strong willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies

Added Advantages (Training Provided)

• Familiarity with SCADA platforms
• Internship or project experience in utility/industrial automation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuration, integration, and testing of SCADA systems, RTUs, and communication devices
• Support network configuration tasks (IP settings, switches, VPN, firewall setup under guidance)
• Assist in developing SCADA screens, data mapping, and system logic modification
• Participate in FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, and onsite commissioning with supervision
• Prepare and update project documents, drawings, and test records
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on technical details and equipment readiness
• Learn and apply relevant communication protocols and cybersecurity standards
