Job description

As a Procurement Executive at Crystalace Deco Sdn. Bhd., you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient procurement of materials and services required for the company's operations. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, and involves a variety of administrative and purchasing-related responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing

Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Source, select, and negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery, and service with suppliers and subcontractors.

Handle both local and import purchases according to the planned delivery schedule.

Assist in arranging vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, coordinate delivery schedules, and monitor the quality of purchased materials.

Monitor and coordinate deliveries between suppliers and ensure timely arrival of items at the site/store.

Maintain complete and updated purchasing records, data, and pricing in the system.

Match all supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before processing.

Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs accordingly.

Follow up with suppliers on the latest ongoing promotions or deals.

Monitor export and import shipment processes and documentation.

Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely updates and shipment arrangements.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior.

What we’re looking for

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

2-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is essential to work with our Mandarin-speaking suppliers).

Own transport is required.
