Your responsibilities & goals:
  • Monitor and assist in the daily operations of the organization, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage all events and special projects to ensure high overall delivery and timeliness.
  • Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project.
  • Engaging in key or targeted customer activities to promote our services and maintain relationships.
  • Developing and implementing a strategy designed to grow the business and achieve targeted goals.
  • Developing tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives in line with the business strategy.
  • Ensuring the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers, including course content, delivery, and technical aspects.
  • Produce and carry out briefs for reports, proposals, presentations, and schedules in a clear and articulate manner
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
  • Attention to detail in ensuring the quality standards and objectives of the project are met.

Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications and Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
