Responsibility
  • Execute Procurement Processes: Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on project needs, conduct supplier comparisons, raise Purchase Orders (PO), and follow up on order delivery to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Supplier Management and Maintenance: Assist in developing, evaluating, and maintaining a list of qualified suppliers, nurture supplier relationships, and collect product catalogs and quotations.
  • Documentation and Cost Control: Systematically organize procurement documents, quotations, and contracts. Assist in basic cost analysis, reconciliation, and control to ensure all procurement activities are clearly traceable.
