Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Define and develop technical and commercial pricing for retail products
• Propose and implement pricing strategies and portfolio steering initiatives to meet business objectives
• Monitor portfolio performance and review effectiveness of pricing strategy
• Prepare and review rate filing documentation to regulator
• Rate maintenance in pricing engine
• Mentor, supervise and develop junior actuarial members
• Collaborate with stakeholders from other functions passionate about insurance and delivering value to customers

About you

The company is looking for:

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other Mathematics/Statistics-based major
• Fresh graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in General (Non‑Life) Insurance
• High learning agility and work efficiency
• Experience in managing direct reports (ideally)
• Good progress in internationally recognized actuarial examinations
• Fluent in written and spoken English with good communication skills
• Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office suite and programming languages especially Python, SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage
