A leading optical components supplier based in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Planner with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing. The role involves creating and managing work orders in the ERP system, coordinating resources to resolve production issues, and communicating efficiently with headquarters in Wuhan. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay are encouraged to apply. This position focuses on prompt production work order settlements and effective problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Create work order in ERP according to production scheduling and promote production work order settlement on time.
Follow up with production work order materials on line.
Follow up abnormal production and early warning, coordinate resources to resolve problems, and feed back to production plan.
Confirm daily order delivery details and communicate with sales department about order changes, advance, delay etc;
Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years working experience in manufacturing.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply;
Able to communicate well with Headquarter in Wuhan, China and all races in Malaysia;
Able to use office software and ERP system.
Tactful and responsible in work with good communication skills.

Able to communicate (read & write) Mandarin, English and Malay.
Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).
