• Assist in processing corporate action events for local and global markets accurately.
• Support submission of client instructions within deadlines.
• Communicate with Share Registrar on corporate action matters as needed.
• Monitor announcements from Bursa Malaysia for corporate actions.
• Assist in verifying and processing dividends and corporate events.
• Help coordinate pre-matching for share transfers.
• Support daily settlement operations for equities and financial products.
• Assist in maintaining operational controls using internal systems.
• Participate in system testing (UAT) and provide feedback.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports and ensuring timely submission.

Join as a Junior Operations Analyst to support corporate actions and settlement operations in a dynamic financial environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Your Role

• Assist in processing corporate action events for local and global markets accurately and timely.
• Support submission of client instructions to Share Registrar or Custodian within deadlines.
• Communicate with Share Registrar or relevant parties on corporate action matters as needed.
• Monitor announcements from Bursa Malaysia and US markets to stay updated on corporate actions.
• Assist in verifying and processing dividends, interests, and other corporate events.
• Help coordinate pre-matching for share transfers and follow up with involved parties.
• Support daily settlement operations for local and international markets, focusing on equities and other financial products.
• Assist in maintaining operational controls using internal systems and tools.
• Participate in system testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements or updates.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports and ensuring timely submission.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the team lead/manager.

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Some working experience or internship in the financial or stockbroking industry is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Bursa Malaysia, capital market operations, or corporate actions is a plus.
