Job & Responsibilities

• We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser / Product Sourcing Executive to manage sourcing, production, and quality control for corporate gifts and wooden products across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. This role also supports regional market development initiatives to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Source and evaluate high-quality wood and souvenir products from Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent supply and quality.
  • Monitor production progress, conduct factory inspections, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle documentation related to production, logistics, and sales.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and assist in market development strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain management (preferably in wood products).
• Fresh graduates in Merchandising studies are also welcome.
• Strong understanding of production and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Chinese (reading/writing); Cantonese-speaking preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation management tools.
