Responsibilities
  • Explore and assist in implementing innovative lead generation methods, including digital campaigns, email newsletters, events, community groups, telemarketing and creative content.
  • Assist in tracking leads and prospect data, maintaining a marketing database, and supporting conversion efforts from inquiry to appointment.
  • Content Creation & Marketing:
    • Draft engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, email campaigns, success stories, social media short-form videos, infographics and more.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance the company’s social media presence and grow followers.
    • Brainstorm and execute creative strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across all marketing channels.
    • Measure and analyse content performance to optimise future strategies for greater impact.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing webinars, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions.
    • Handle pre-event tasks such as registration management, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
    • Provide support during event days and assist with post-event follow-up tasks, including gathering feedback and generating reports.
  • Administrative & Marketing Support:
    • Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
    • Perform data entry and assist in generating reports on lead management.
    • Provide ad-hoc support to ensuring smooth operations and alignment with marketing objectives.
