Job description
Mission
  • The Junior Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Specialist in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Serac Asia’s brand visibility and support business growth across the Asia Pacific region.
  • This includes managing both digital marketing (social media, content creation, analytics, and paid ads) and traditional marketing (events, sales tools development, and corporate branding activities).
Main Tasks
Digital Marketing
  • Assist in planning & executing digital campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Create and edit marketing materials including videos, visuals, and social media content aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for ad placements, content creation, or visual design.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining landing pages to support lead generation and campaign objective
  • Contribute to the company website updates and ensure content is SEO-friendly.
Traditional Marketing
  • Assist in planning and executing offline marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Prepare marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, banners, and merchandise).
  • Manage coordination with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Support brand consistency in all printed and physical materials.
Key Performance Indicators ("KPI")
  • Timely delivery and accuracy of marketing deliverables.
  • Engagement metrics and growth on digital channels.
  • Successful execution of events and campaigns.
  • Consistency and creativity in brand communication.
Information Technology
  • Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, SEO, and website management.
  • Basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or Premiere).
  • Knowledge of Showpad is an advantage.
Competences & Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with strong visual and content sense.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (other Asian languages are a plus).
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to learn and contribute to regional projects across multiple countries.
