What You Will Do:
Provide L1–L2 support for laptops, software, email, and network issues.
Deploy and configure new devices (OS, imaging, updates, security).
Assist in installing and supporting AI systems in hospitals (training provided).
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and device records.
Assist with basic server/NAS maintenance and system checks.
What We Are Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
Mandarin language is required for internal communication purposes.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
Eager to learn AI system deployment and healthcare technologies.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Basic Linux knowledge
Experience with Microsoft 365 admin
Familiarity with Git, Docker, or cloud platforms
