Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business and user requirements.
• Help design and implement system solutions based on client needs.
• Support the preparation of User Requirement Specification (URS) documents (MS Word, Excel).
• Create and maintain basic system process flows using Draw.io.
• Assist in preparing preliminary UI/UX designs using Figma.
• Provide support for system configuration and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist senior consultants in reviewing, refining, and presenting documents.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): support users during testing, clarify requirements, and coordinate feedback handling.
• Support knowledge transfer activities to the QA team for system testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 0-2 years of working experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or System Analysis.
• Basic understanding of system analysis, design, and integration.
• Knowledge of business processes and how they align with IT solutions.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Requirements
