Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operations of Retail services across East Malaysia. Lead problem-solving activities. Be the go-to person for Retail operations in East Malaysia.
• Make decisions and execute plans based on performance data to improve operational efficiency such as turnaround time, quality or cost efficiency based on the operational standards.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Service, Key Account Manager, Warehouse) to follow up and, if required, set up standard operating procedures.
• Test new operational processes on new services.
• Manage and maintain relationships with the Retail partners within East Malaysia.
• Drive sales growth, ensure partner satisfaction, and facilitate effective communication between the company and its partners.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Personable and a good communicator in both written & oral English. Other language skills will be a plus.
• Self-starter with good initiative and persistence to see us through this challenge. Extremely proactive, organised and responsible.
• Prior experience with performing data-driven analysis into operations using Excel and visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Redash).
• A strong sense of ownership in his/her roles and scopes.

Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Working hours: 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm.
