• Participate in the testing and troubleshooting of systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of existing systems and infrastructure.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assist the sales team in preparing pre‑sales solution setups for demos to potential clients.
