Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field required.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
• Basic knowledge of reading construction drawings and contracts is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities based on drawings.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct quantity take-off and valuation.
• Prepare progress claims and manage Purchase Orders.

Skills

Basic knowledge of quantity take-off

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Good communication skills
