NEW EDGE TEAM SDN. BHD. is looking for a full-time junior company secretary assistant to join our team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing company secretary administrative and clerical support to the company's secretarial function, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting with the preparation and filing of company forms and records
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date company registers and statutory books
  • Coordinating the logistics and administration of board and shareholder meetings
  • Providing support in the organisation of corporate events and functions
  • Liaising with relevant authorities and agencies on company secretarial matters
  • Performing general administrative duties as required
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the accounting and finance industry (fresh is encourage to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications
