The Role

The Business Management Trainee role is designed for high-potential individuals who want hands‑on exposure to how a high‑growth company is run. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, rotate across multiple departments within your first year, and gain end‑to‑end visibility of Lapasar’s business. This role offers a steep learning curve and clear long‑term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team
• Rotate across multiple departments to gain broad business exposure
• Develop a deep understanding of Lapasar’s operations, commercial model, and decision‑making in a hands‑on, on‑the‑job way.
• Several former Business Management Trainees are now leading teams or heading departments at Lapasar. High performers can expect accelerated progression into management and leadership roles.
