Responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, ensuring cleanliness, and upholding food safety standards. Basic production of daily baked goods in a professional manner.
Decorating and displaying finished products.
Utilizing basic baking skills (such as measuring, mixing, folding etc) to complete daily production.
Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory and production.
Observe and ensure all food products are presented in accordance with the SOP.
Ensure that the work area is clean and in orderly condition at the start and end of service.
Assures that baking tools and equipment are functioning properly and in top condition.
Monitoring inventory and ensuring all supplies and essentials are adequately stocked.
Prepare food and beverages in the most efficient, fast and high quality service.
Ensure that food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent with outlet requirements.
Administer and control stocks usage during production to minimize wastage and pilferage.
