Key Responsibilities

• Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices and follow up on collections
• Process supplier invoices and payment vouchers
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Support SST, audit, and tax preparation (documentation only)
• Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required
