Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking an Accountant in Selangor, Malaysia, to manage both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. The successful candidate will prepare invoices, track payments, and assist in month-end closing and financial reporting. A degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year of working experience in accounting, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to distributors, pharmacies, and retail partners.
• Monitor and track customer payments, ensuring timely collection.
• Record and verify supplier invoices accurately.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer balances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and company SOPs.
