A manufacturing company in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for a Junior Account Executive / Senior Account Assistant. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience considered for Junior role.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries including AR/AP, bank transactions, and general ledger updates.
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes in a timely manner.
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and ensure timely collection.
• Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and payments with proper documentation and approvals.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
