1) Language Editor - Located at Seri Kembangan

• - Manage the editorial aspects of a few journals (related to medicine, biomedicine, biotechnology, architecture, social science)
• - Edit manuscripts to ensure clarity, good grammar and standard presentation
• - Proofread galley proof (QC check prior to publication)
• - Review papers and carry out in-depth evaluation of papers
• - Prepare issue galleys upon completion of each issue
• - Liaise with Production Team, and design template and production guidelines
• - Liaise with editorial board members

Requirements:

• - High proficiency in English with demonstrated skills in editing academic articles in English
• - Proven track record in publications (in relevant fields)
• - At least Master /PHD degree in biomedical sciences/biotechnology/clinical sciences
• - Meticulous and attentive to granular details
• - Applicants with at least 1 year of experience in the academic paper editing industry are preferred
