The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s local sales activities.
This role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments.
The Sales Manager supports business expansion through proactive sales initiatives, customer service excellence, and effective team collaboration.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in industrial or technical sales, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate a small sales team.
DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Business Development
Plan and execute sales activities to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer segments.
Conduct regular market visits and follow up with customers to strengthen business relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy adjustments.
- Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain good relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate after-sales support and follow up on technical or service issues with relevant departments.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Coordination & Internal Communication
Supervise and support sales staff in daily activities and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Work closely with internal departments (Sales Support, Technical Service, Marketing) to deliver quality service and timely solutions.
Provide guidance and basic training to team members when required.
- Product & Technical Understanding
Maintain basic product and application knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Work with technical teams to propose suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Marketing & Representation
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events to promote the company’s products and brand.
Support marketing activities to increase brand awareness in the local market.
- Reporting & Administration
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries for management review.
Ensure sales operations follow company procedures and compliance standards.
