Hisakaworks SEA Sdn Bhd' is seeking an experienced Johor Branch Manager to oversee the operations and growth of our community development organisation in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role is crucial in driving the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our Johor branch, ensuring the successful delivery of our community programmes and initiatives.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and untapped customer segments.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to strengthen long‑term relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate after‑sales support and resolve technical or service‑related issues with relevant departments.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure clear communication and smooth coordination with internal departments such as Sales Support, Technical Service, and Marketing.
Maintain good understanding of products and applications to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
Collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and visibility in the local market.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management review.
Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record in leading and managing a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding of community development principles, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to think strategically, problem‑solve, and make data‑driven decisions.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Familiarity with the local Johor community and its unique needs and challenges.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.
Strong background in heat exchangers, valves, pumps, boilers, cooling systems, or HVAC.
