Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (compulsory).

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing housing development or similar civil engineering projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and site supervision skills.

Ability to manage project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards effectively.

Competent in liaising with consultants, authorities, and the Superintending Officer (S.O).

Key Responsibilities:
