Job summary

A leading airline company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Officer for Ramp Handling to oversee the overall Ramp Handling activities and ensure compliance with service standards. This role requires a minimum of 1 year in Cargo Operations for a diploma holder, with a strong focus on communication skills and proper cargo management. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment managing manpower availability and equipment. Candidates must be certified in Basic DGR and Cargo Handling.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic DGR and certified.
• Must have Basic Cargo Handling and certified.
• Minimum 1 year in Cargo Operations for Diploma holder or higher.
• Minimum 5 years in Cargo Operations for MCE holder.

Key Accountability

• Plan and manage overall Ramp Handling activities including manpower availability & equipment.
• Plan and manage RAMP CSS and Airside activities.
• Ensure all planned ULD's and loose cargo is processed according to service standard.
• Timely dispatch of outbound cargo and deliver inbound cargo to ACC as per standard.
• To ensure cargo readiness at the airsides by monitoring proper and accurate uplift of ULD's in accordance with UWS prior loading into aircraft.
• To monitor all activities which handled by Airside SCLO for inbound and outbound including SCK and inter terminal transfer (ITT)
• To ensure maximum uplifting of bulk cargo and to avoid unnecessary offloading through proper monitoring by CLO's.
• Comply the IMS requirements & procedures.
• Close monitoring on the Outbound and Inbound cargo performance.

Qualification

Special / Profession Certificate :

• Must have Basic DGR and certified
• Must have Basic Cargo Handling and certified

Must attended SeMS and SMS

Years of Experience

• Minimum 1 year in Cargo Operations for Diploma holder or higher
• Minimum 5 years in Cargo Operations for MCE holder.

Areas of Experience

• Must have MDP and ADP license.
