(Japanese Speaking)Business Development Representatives

Sales and Prospecting: Contacting customers as determined by FSRs, presenting solutions, conducting prospecting campaigns, and achieving sales goals, including upselling and cross-selling.

Account Management: Support sales campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze results to optimize strategies.

Manage the sales process and identify upsell opportunities and resolve basic technical issues.

Prospecting and Opportunity Creation: Identify new sales opportunities in the designated area, using tools such as Salesforce and Sales Navigator, ensuring the cadence of the campaigns.

Analysis and Strategy: Review account and campaign strategies (inbound and outbound) together with the sales team.

Sales Process Management: Create and track opportunities in Salesforce following the BANT format, monitoring the progression to step S02.

Tracking and Reporting: Update execution tools and ensure accurate forecasts in the sales pipeline.

Training and Collaboration: Attend training, organize meetings with experts, and ensure opportunities are qualified before passing them on to the sales team.

Job Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree required; majors in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields are preferred.

Strong background with multiple types of sales motions and/or sales and marketing operations is highly preferred.

At least 3 years experience in IT sales.

English at a minimum B1 proficiency level with Japanese proficiency (for Non-native, Japanese at JLPT N2 level)

Proficient in basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web-conferencing tools).

Experienced in using Salesforce CRM.

Experienced with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerApps, and others
