Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote IT training services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  3. Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and new training programs.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  8. Issue invoices to clients and manage payment processes.
  9. Obtain signatures on contracts and ensure proper documentation.
  10. Facilitate smooth communication with clients through documents and email correspondence.
  11. Participate in sales and marketing activities such as events, marketing ideas, and sales initiatives.
  12. Attend educational workshops or seminars to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  13. Maintain existing corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets, converting prospects into sales.
