Job description

Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals).

Document IT processes, policies, and system configurations.

Ensure compliance with IT and data security policies.

2) Hardware & Software Support

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and office productivity tools.

Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and patch updates.

Support users with hardware/software-related issues to minimize downtime.

3) Network Support

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.

Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking devices.

Ensure network security, reliability, and performance optimization.

4) SAP Business One (SAP B1) Support

Provide first-level SAP B1 support and troubleshooting for end-users.

Coordinate with SAP vendors or consultants for escalated issues.

Assist in user access, data management, and SAP-related documentation.

Support training and guidance for SAP B1 users.

5) Server & Systems Administration

Administer and maintain company servers (Windows/Linux environments)

Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access rights.

Monitor server performance, storage capacity, and system health.

Perform data backup, recovery, and security patching.

6) IT Procurement

Source, evaluate, and recommend IT hardware, software, and services.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate purchase orders.

Review quotations and ensure cost-effective IT procurement.

Maintain records of IT purchases and licensing compliance.

Job requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience knowledge of SQL (MySQL and MSSQL) is an advantage

Experience with SAP B1 is an advantage

Basic knowledge of networking, firewall, data backup and server administration

Proficiency in English & Mandarin

Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin to liaise with colleagues from China & customers

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Willing to travel on local and overseas assignments
