Job description

We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I‑park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for IT System Engineer.

You will play an important role in:

Solid understanding of WCS (Warehouse Control System) and its integration with automated warehouse equipment, including AGVs, stacker cranes, conveyors, and other material handling systems.

Familiar with the end‑to‑end workflow of equipment command dispatching, status monitoring, and fault/alarm feedback.

Proficient in mainstream relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle, with the ability to independently write complex SQL queries.

Good knowledge of common system integration interfaces, including but not limited to:

• RESTful APIs
• OPC UA
• Web Services

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues effectively.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, automation, and on‑site engineering).

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, or other related engineering disciplines.

Experience in automated warehouse systems, logistics systems, or industrial automation projects.

Hands‑on experience in system integration, commissioning, or on‑site implementation is a plus.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you would need to liaise with stakeholders from China.
