Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of IT systems, computer hardware, networks, and common software applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to support internal users and liaise with vendors when required.
• Willingness to learn, with a proactive attitude towards resolving IT-related problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to internal teams for smooth operations.
