What You’ll Do
  • Provide day‑to‑day IT support to employees for PC and laptop‑related issues
  • Troubleshoot common hardware and software problems (Windows / macOS)
  • Perform laptop and PC setup, reset, reformatting, and device handover
  • Laptop and device setup
  • Lark account creation and access support
  • Assist with IT asset management, including:
    • Tracking laptops and PCs in use
    • Cleaning up, formatting, and preparing unused devices
  • Maintain basic IT housekeeping to ensure devices are organised and ready for use
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate more complex issues when required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles
  • Comfortable supporting PCs and laptops (Windows and/or macOS)
  • Experience with:
    • Device setup, reset, and reformatting
    • Basic software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiar with collaboration tools and user account setup (experience with Lark is a plus)
  • Organised, hands‑on, and willing to support day‑to‑day operational needs
  • Good communication skills and patience when assisting non‑technical users
Good to Have
  • Experience supporting fast‑growing or startup environments
  • Basic understanding of IT inventory or asset management
  • Exposure to onboarding/offboarding IT processes
  • Familiarity with basic IT documentation
