Job description
IT Support Executive (Junior / Entry Level)

We are a growing Medical Devices company looking for a tech-savvy IT Support Executive to join our team.

Currently, all IT matters are handled by the management. We are looking for a helpful and reliable person to take over these daily tasks so the management can focus on business growth.

This is a learning-focused role. You do not need to know everything on day one you just need to be good with computers, good at solving problems, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities
General IT Support (The Daily Tasks)

Help new colleagues get started: set up their laptops, create their emails, and make sure their software is working.

Be the first person colleagues call when they have computer issues (e.g., printer not connecting, email password errors, WiFi issues).

Perform basic troubleshooting to fix glitches.

Product Support (Medical Devices)

Learn how our software-based medical devices work (e.g., Airdoc, Dr Noon). Training will be provided.

Contact our manufacturers (via email or chat) to report bugs or ask for technical help when the devices have issues.

Assist in testing the devices to ensure they are ready for customers.

Safety & Improvements

Help keep the company safe by reminding the team about good security habits (like spotting scam emails).

Research new apps or software that can make our work easier.

If you know how to code or use low-code tools, you can help us build simple automations (optional, but a big plus!).

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! No prior working experience is required, but you must be comfortable using computers.

Language: Good command of English (Written & Spoken) is important because you will need to email/chat with our international support partners.

Patient: You don't get annoyed easily when teaching non-tech people how to use software.

Curious: You like exploring new tech and figuring out how things work.

Honest: If you don't know the answer, you are willing to find out or ask.

Why Start Your Career With Us?
  • Mentorship: You will work directly with the business owner and learn how IT supports a real business.
  • Exposure: You will get to see how the Medical Technology industry works.
  • Standard Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Medical, and Annual Leave.
