Job summary

A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining computers and peripherals, managing user accounts, and monitoring IT incidents. The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT or Computer Science and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
