A regional technology recruiter seeks a passionate SCCM Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support and consultancy to enterprise customers in Kuala Lumpur. You will focus on improving system health and building strong client relationships through proactive guidance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience, is bilingual in Mandarin and English, and possesses strong technical skills in SCCM, networking, and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English for bilingual support.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL/Service Management practices is essential.
  • Ability to combine technical expertise with business needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (bilingual support role).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL/Service Management practices.

Technical Skills
  • SCCM/Configuration Manager (SME level) – application management, OS deployment, updates, compliance, endpoint protection, infrastructure.
  • Windows 10 & Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Services.

  • Office 2016/Microsoft 365 deployment & servicing.
  • Intune & Cloud/Hybrid solutions – co-management, Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics.
