Troubleshoot issues related to end user platforms and manage end user relationships.
Respond quickly to incidents, investigate causes, and resolve problems, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
Handle service requests and maintain system configurations, adhering to agreed service levels and documenting procedures.
Participate in the implementation and upgrading of end user platforms.
Coordinate with vendors for timely hardware replacement and manage software distribution and patch updates.
Oversee asset management, including updates to asset records.
Manage user accounts, including password setups, resets, and deletions.
Administer local servers to support software distribution and patch management.
Ensure project deliverables meet service level agreements and suggest improvements as necessary.
Develop and maintain facility management standards to ensure consistent operations across teams.
Provide regular progress reports to management.
