YOUR MISSION

As an IT Support Engineer, your mission is to enhance and maintain the operational integrity of our office IT systems and infrastructure. You will provide proactive support and practical solutions to ensure that laptops, desktops, and office systems operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently. By assisting internal users, managing hardware preparation, and maintaining reliable network connectivity, you will be helping businesses to achieve their technological objectives smoothly and efficiently.

HOW WOULD YOU ACHIEVE THIS?

You will need to:

• Monitor, support, and repair office laptops, desktops, and IT devices to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows operating systems, standard office applications, and basic system tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and device preparation to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
• Troubleshoot user connectivity issues such as access to internal servers, shared drives, VPN, and network resources.
• Assist in maintaining basic security practices, backups, and access controls for office systems and devices.
• Document device setup, repairs, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance activities.
• Liaise with hardware vendors, service providers, and internal teams for repairs, replacements, and issue resolution.
• Support hardware delivery, setup, installation, and preparation for projects or office expansion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

You are someone who:

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Has hands-on experience in preparing, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows-based laptops and desktops.
• Familiar with basic networking concepts such as LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and VPN.
• Experience handling IT equipment such as laptops, printers, routers, access points, and peripherals.
• Able to troubleshoot internal connectivity issues, including access to shared drives, servers, and VPN.
• Basic knowledge of Linux or cloud systems is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with practical IT exposure are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
