Job description

This position is primarily responsible for the IT technical support and daily operation and maintenance of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the SRM system and supporting the digital collaborative business of the supply chain.

Responsibilities

System Operation & Maintenance: Conduct daily inspection, monitoring and maintenance of SRM system; promptly detect and handle operational anomalies to ensure system availability, stability and data security.

Technical Troubleshooting: Receive SRM-related technical consultations and fault reports from internal/external users; quickly analyze root causes, provide solutions and follow up on closure; coordinate with 2nd-line teams or suppliers for complex issues.

User Support & Training: Provide SRM operation guidance and technical support to internal departments and external suppliers; assist in compiling manuals, organizing training and improving users' operational capabilities.

Interface Collaboration: Familiar with SRM's interface logic with ERP, MDM, WMS etc.; assist in troubleshooting data transmission issues and support interface optimization and testing.

O&M Documentation: Summarize O&M issues and output weekly/monthly reports; record fault handling processes to improve knowledge base; participate in configuration change, version upgrade testing and documentation filing.

System Optimization Support: Collect SRM optimization requirements; cooperate with technical teams in demand analysis and solution verification; participate in function optimization and performance improvement work.

Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or above, major in computer-related fields (such as Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Management, etc.), or a background in science and engineering-related majors
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess solid IT technical foundation, familiar with SRM system architecture and basic operation and maintenance logic; understanding of the operation and configuration of mainstream SRM systems (such as Hand SRM, etc.) is preferred.
  • Support Skills: Provide fast and effective technical support.
  • Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Security Awareness: Understand security threats and measures.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve issues quickly and creatively.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
