A leading recruitment agency is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance for hardware and Windows OS at their Selangor location. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4–5 years of experience in IT Support. Responsibilities include managing local networks, handling user account lifecycles, and executing routine updates. The position offers a salary range of RM6,000 – RM8,000 with a permanent employment contract.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 4–5 years experience in IT Support.
• Good communication and management skills.
• Ability to install, configure, and secure Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, DNS, DHCP, gateway, subnet).
• Good understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
