We are seeking an experienced and versatile IT Solutions Analyst to join our Technology Solutions team. This crucial hybrid role bridges the gap between organizational needs and technical delivery, requiring deep proficiency in requirements definition (Business Analysis) and hands‑on capability in system implementation, optimization, and project execution (Technology Solutions). The analyst will report directly to the Senior IT Manager and be responsible for driving the successful deployment and maintenance of key enterprise platforms.

Strategic Analysis & Requirements Leadership
Stakeholder Elicitation: Lead workshops and documentation reviews to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements (functional and non-functional) for new and enhanced technology solutions.
Process Mapping: Analyze and model current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') business processes, identifying gaps and translating high‑level needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Documentation & Validation: Create high‑quality documentation (BRDs, Use Cases) and design/execute detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure solutions fully meet business intent and quality standards.
Technical Delivery & Program Execution
Solution Delivery: Lead the technical implementation and configuration of new IT platforms and applications, ensuring strict adherence to architectural standards and regulatory requirements.
System Optimization: Conduct deep‑dive analysis on system performance, identifying and resolving complex technical issues (Tier 3 support) and contributing to long‑term architectural stability and efficiency.
Project Execution: Manage technical workstreams within larger IT projects, ensuring milestones are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and technical risks are proactively mitigated.
Support: Establish and enforce best practices for system management, configuration control, and documentation, and provide technical guidance to Tier 1/2 support teams.
Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the technical point of contact for key technology vendors, managing support contracts, system upgrades, and licensing compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Expertise in a core technology domain (e.g., Cloud Platform Administration, Advanced Network Engineering, Enterprise Application Management).
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex, cross‑functional technical problems.
Experience with SQL for data analysis and validation, or basic scripting/automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing both technical teams and non‑technical business stakeholders.
