A leading IT services provider seeks an IT Project Coordinator based in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee large-scale migrations, ensuring minimal disruption while managing timelines and resources. Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator where you'll master the art of coordinating large-scale migrations across departments. You'll be the central point of contact ensuring minimal disruption while managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional communications.
What's In It For You
Competitive Salary: RM 6,000 – 9,000 per month (Max SGD 3k) based in Singapore.
How You'll Contribute:
Develop comprehensive migration plans, timelines, and checklists while coordinating pre-migration, migration day, and post-migration activities across cross-functional teams.
Allocate migration engineers based on volume and complexity, manage workload distribution, and ensure adherence to planned timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, send timely reminders, provide status updates, and ensure alignment between engineers and users.
Maintain live dashboards for migration status, update Migration Tracker daily, track engineer resources, and monitor booked appointments.
Maintain accurate migration records, capture user feedback, track equipment inventory, and ensure all documentation is current and accessible.
What You'll Need
Must-Have:
2+ years hands-on project coordination experience in migration, IT implementations, or Day 1 cutover projects (not just project participation—you were the coordinator).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for tracking and reporting: comfortable with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and building dashboards to track 100+ tasks.
Proven stakeholder management experience keeping both technical teams and business users aligned—you've been the person everyone comes to for updates.
Strong resource allocation skills: you've managed schedules, balanced workloads, and coordinated 5+ people simultaneously.
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)—you'll write status updates, facilitate meetings, and be on email/calls throughout the day.
Working knowledge of migration lifecycles or enterprise IT project phases (planning, execution, cutover, support).
